Kyle was very responsive in answering our questions during the purchase of a townhome. He guided us thru the bidding process and we were able to get an acceptance of our offer in 2 or 3 days. He helped to set up the home inspection and followed thru with all of our requests for info or actions on his part in a timely manner.
